Established in 1974, Asset Property Management, Inc. specializes only in the management of community associations. It is our belief that each and every client account is distinctively unique and entitled to the most professional management service available within our resources.
Asset Property Management, Inc. was purchased by Doug and JoAnna Panther in September 2002. Together, they and their management team bring over 25 years’ of expertise to the company. Our firm has undergone many positive changes, and will continue to do so in the years to come as it relates to providing our clients with the best in professional customer and management service.
Our firm is a member of the local and national chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Some of our staff members achieved such designations as the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Such industry-related professional affiliations and designations are a testament to our staff’s desire to serve your Association in a reputable, efficient and professional manner.
