Asset Property Management, Inc.’s key personnel:

Doug has been in real estate management for over 25 years, and has exclusively managed homeowners associations for the last 14 years. He has a BA Degree in Business Administration, and has held the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for 20 years. His knowledge of association management has made him a recognized leader in the industry.

We provide effective management continuity through the ongoing development and motivation of our staff.

JoAnna has been in real estate management for over 15 years, specializing in homeowner association management. Her college major served to further her leadership, training and teaching skills, as have the specific industry-related courses she has taken through the Community Association’s Institute (CAI). JoAnna’s proactive management style and extensive management expertise make her a sought-after professional in the association management industry.

Victoria has over 18 years’ of administrative management experience, working for multi-family, commercial and community association management firms. For the past 10 years, her background in administrative management has been exclusively in the homeowner association management industry. Victoria obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through the Community Associations Institute.

Denise has over 20 years’ accounting experience in the homebuilding and real estate management industry. In addition to her role as corporate accountant, she oversees the daily operation of the accounting department and works closely with clients’ CPA’s, bankers, vendors/service providers and homeowners. Denise also handles the preparation of monthly and year-end financials for all client accounts.
